An Imp's Request Level 50 Warlock Quest
Quest Basics: Version : Alliance and Horde. Starts with : All Warlock trainer's in major cities. Ends with : Impsy Can start at : Level 50 Best at : Low 50's
Once you hit level 50, your Warlock trainer will have a quest for you to complete that starts by bringing a piece of Felcloth to Impsy who's located in Felwood. He's Niby the Almighty's Imp.
Once you have the Felcloth, turn it in at Impsy, North of the Bloodvenom Falls in Felwood.
The quest directions on where to find what you need are clear, so I wont elaborate on that, beside mentioning that oozes can be found to the west of the road, as well as south of the river. Collecting these can take a bit of time, but the drop rates aren't too bad. Kill Withering Protectors too, if you can, as they can drop multiple Rotting Woods at a time.
The final
step of this quest takes place in the
Sunken Temple (aka Temple of Attal'Hakkar, in the Swamp of
Sorrows), and as such, will need a group to complete. A group of level
50's is sufficient to complete this. You need to kill Gasher, Mijan, Zolo, Hukku, Zul'Lor and Loro. All of these named trolls are in an isolated area of the temple. As you zone into ST, there are four ways to go. Take the second passage, counting from your left side to reach the area with the six trolls. The area is a giant circle with sideways, each of which has a troll boss. Beside other classes' level 50 quest also taking place here, the Secret of the Circle quest can also be done in this area.
Once you have all the feathers, you can return to Impsy for your reward. You get to pick one of these:
All pretty nice rewards for a level 50 in most cases. Note, your Voidwalker will still have a normal cast time when using that trinket. And if you base your choice in part or in whole on graphics, look no further then the staff:
